Civil penalties help

The fines allocated to us are used exclusively to pay for the police training courses conducted by Animals' Angels. They take place in Germany and five other countries. In 2010 a total of 491 police officers were trained in 13 training sessions. In 2009 there were 24 sessions for 731 participants.
The report from 2008 in which Animals' Angels employees conducted a total of 18 police training sessions in six different countries, can be downloaded here

Animals' Angels e.V. is a recognized non-profit association. Our charitable status is regularly reviewed by the tax office. The funds are used solely for the purpose of achieving the association’s objectives: abolishing live animal transports in the long-term.

Duty to provide information

Animals' Angels undertakes to notify the allocating authority promptly about the receipt or non-receipt of allocated civil penalties. At the end of the year all allocating offices will be informed of the amount and use of civil penalties received. On request Animals' Angels will provide an accounting of the amount and use of the monies received.

By-law amendment

Animals' Angels shall give notice of by-law amendments that contain a significant tax benefit.

Special account

Animals' Angels maintains a special account for civil penalties and special allocations. This ensures that no donation receipts are issued for civil penalty payments.

As judge or prosecutor..

…you decide on the allocation of civil penalties. Please remember the animals: consider Animals' Angels and help us to be there with the animals.

As homepage visitor..
